Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit for you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

• All returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your order
• Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact and unused
• Before returning any items, please reach out to our support team at support@veloraamore.store with photographs of the unopened product(s) and your order confirmation or receipt. You must receive approval from our team before shipping your return
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not offer prepaid return labels. Please note that the original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable
• All returns must include tracking information. Please provide the tracking number to our team so we can monitor your package as it makes its way back to our facility
• Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method
